General rules
Be nice to everyone. Should go without saying. if a major disbute is brought to my attention regarding the same person three times, the person will be ejected from the RP.
No godmodding. You guys CAN battle, catch pokemon, etc. So don't make yourself all-powerful. Google godmodding for better info.
No powerplaying. This one ought to be in every RP rules page. But for first-timers, it means you can't take control of other characters. For example, say you're talking to someone. Don't include their reaction or response in your post; wait for them to actually do it. Google powerplaying for nice examples.
Be active. You don't need to post everyday, but we're a community (hopefully) right? So you should interact and not keep RP buddies hanging. It's pretty lax around here, but if there are two weeks without a single IC post, action will be taken against you.
Hiatus. Post in the hiatus board if you're going away for more than 2 weeks.
Avatars. Are 150x200.
Roleplaying
Posting. Anyone is free to start a thread to RP. make sure to label in the title if it is closed to certain members (and list those members) or open to everyone.
Be literate guys. This means proper grammar and spelling, no chat-speak etc. But since this roleplay is open to everyone, it doesn't mean you need writing skills reminiscent of Shakespeare or anything.
Rating. Lets try not to get smut on here; the original world comprises of 11 year olds setting out on adventures guys. and not getting raped or mugged.
Post length. There is no post length requirement, but it has to look good. Most people go for 2 or 3 nice sized parahraphs *wink wink*. Due to the nature of the setting though, fast paced events like pokemon battles and such will allow for short posts.
Your Character
Claiming. You can claim up to two characters. Be active on both. We do allow OCs, but... read the reservations topic for more info. Please make an account BEFORE posting an app, so that you can edit the profile later.
Be in character. Understand who your character is.
Chat. Yup. That thing down there. Use it at your leisure. To avoid confusion, choose a name that makes it obvious to others who you are.
